Courtney Weaver

Communications

Courtney is a proud boy mom, wife, nurse and fierce CF advocate. She and her husband, Neil, are raising two strong-willed sons (soon to be three!), and their oldest, Creighton, lives with CF -- the heartbeat behind her passion for education, support, and community connection. Courtney has been a member of the Family Advisory Board since 2024 and is currently serving as the Communications / Social Media Manager.


Courtney brings her nursing experience into every space she serves, blending clinical knowledge with real-life parenting in the CF world. Most days, you can find her chauffeuring kiddos to sports practices and cheering them on at games. She loves to travel, make amazing memories, and build community wherever she goes.


Courtney shows up wholeheartedly for the CF community, believing that ever family deserves support, confidence, and hope throughout this journey.
